As of right now, I do Insanity every morning except Sunday which is my rest day. I run almost every day, but sometimes I can't. When I do, I run 4 miles. ♥ My diet could be a whole hell of alot better, but it could definitely be worse. I do not eat out or eat fast food. I cook all of my meals. I can't tell you what I eat everyday because that changes, as I like lots of variety in my life. I don't eat a lot of processed foods. I love my vegetables, but I don't like very many kinds of fruit. ♥ I eat 1500 calories a day, and sometimes I eat my exercise calories back.
